Philosophy on Nutrition
- Evidence-based: recommendations follow current scientific literature and clinical assessment.
- Sustainable: habits you can keep for the long term instead of restrictive crash diets.
- Personalised: health history, lab results, lifestyle and cultural food habits are considered together.
- Collaborative: the plan is built with you and updated through follow-up sessions.
How We Work
Consultations take place in person at the practice in Nicosia or online by video call, in Turkish or English. The first session lasts about 45–60 minutes and covers your nutrition history, health background, medications and supplements, lab results and anthropometric measurements (height, weight, waist circumference, body composition).
After the assessment, a nutrition plan is built around your daily routine, working hours, budget and food preferences. No generic printed diet sheets are used; the plan is revised at follow-up sessions in light of measurements, symptoms and lab results.
The most frequent areas of work are weight management, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, PCOS, thyroid conditions, digestive complaints, cholesterol and cardiometabolic risk, pregnancy and breastfeeding, child and adolescent nutrition, and sports nutrition. Where a clinical diagnosis is involved, care is coordinated with your doctor.
